For over 30 years, innovation in design, planning, sustainability and construction technologies has established BPTW’s reputation as experts in residential development, neighbourhood placemaking and mixed-use regeneration.

From detailed feasibility studies through to landmark estate regeneration projects, our architectural team have extensive experience in delivering homes of outstanding quality and beautifully designed public realms. These include a number of award-winning developments across Kent and the South East such as Rochester Riverside, a masterplan transforming a former brownfield site into a 1,400-home development with an accompanying hotel and 431 sqm of commercial space. The scheme’s architectural quality has been recognised through numerous shortlistings and awards including the ‘Winner of Winners’ award and the ‘Building for a Healthy Life’ award at the Housing Design Awards 2020.

Our team have also worked on a number of innovative and exciting projects in Ebbsfleet Garden City which are transforming the area into a patchwork of vibrant and unique neighbourhoods. Our Alkerden Gateway scheme offers 67 custom-build homes for Westerhill Homes and our design for Harbour Village provides 532 homes for Bellway, helping to form a sustainable new riverfront development. Both schemes have been shortlisted at the Housing Design Awards 2022.
